Day 1 complete

*Breakfast- boiling water, lemon, and honey
*Lunch- 3 eggs, 2 mushrooms, spinach
*Supper- chicken, mushrooms, veggies, rice
*Snack- 25 almonds, 8 chunks of honeydew melon, 1 tbsp peanut butter

*100 push-ups
*200 walking lunges
*300 crunches
*400 jumping squats
*1 hour of vigorous cleaning

Wednesday, December. 30 (day 1. 176.5 lbs)

I woke up this morning, stepped on the scale, and almost had a heart attack when the number popped up.. 176.5 lbs  I am not happy about this number!! Something has to be done!! So I'm setting my first, very serious goal for myself.... I want to lose those 6 and a half pounds by the end of January.. So by the first of February I will be working on my big goal of 10 lbs which will leave me at 160 lbs.
