Day 1 complete

*Breakfast- boiling water, lemon, and honey
*Lunch- 3 eggs, 2 mushrooms, spinach
*Supper- chicken, mushrooms, veggies, rice
*Snack- 25 almonds, 8 chunks of honeydew melon, 1 tbsp peanut butter

*100 push-ups
*200 walking lunges
*300 crunches
*400 jumping squats
*1 hour of vigorous cleaning
